Client empowerment
Finally, the client is empowered to decide the speed of the treatment. If client desires:
- Fast paced change, weekly diet changes 15% and the program runs 3 - 6 months
- Medium paced change, weekly diet changes 10% and program runs 6 - 9 months
- Slow paced change, weekly diet changes 5% and program runs 9 - 12 months
Recommendations
Two weeks of nutritional and exercise data is sufficient for our artificial intelligence program to determine dietary preferences and to suggest changes that would be most effective for an individual client.
